There are two factors which determine the time in which you will expect to receive your order.
“Ships in” estimates on website product pages are time estimates which define how long Indiana Ticket expects to process your order before providing it to the shipper. Delivery time estimates provided by the shipper at checkout are time estimates from when Indiana Ticket gives your item to the shipper and when they expect to deliver the item to you.
Expected delivery time = “Ships in” time estimate + Shipper delivery time estimate.
You can track the status of your order if you have an account on the Indiana Ticket website. In most cases, once a tracking number has issued by the shipper, an estimated delivery date will be available on the shipper’s tracking website. You may also track your order on the Indiana Ticket website.
If you placed your order as a guest and did not create an account but you’d now like to have one, you may use our Contact Form to request that an account be created. Be sure to include your order number so we can associate your order with your account.
Unopened items in original condition may be returned at customer expense for a refund of the original purchase price and paid tax only. Shipping expenses will not be refunded.

If an item is received damaged in shipping, the customer must use our Contact Form to notify Indiana Ticket within 2 business days of receipt to qualify for replacement. All damaged products must be held by the customer for up to 7 business days for possible inspection by the freight carrier. To avoid repurchasing the item, the customer must notify Indiana Ticket within 2 business days of receipt of the damaged item.
If a return of the damaged item is necessary, authorization must be obtained before returning it. Please use our Contact Form or call 800-428-8640 for further instructions.
Discounts may be offered from time to time for items purchased from the Indiana Ticket website. Only discounts advertised on the ITC website or provided directly to customers are valid.
There are third-party websites which are not associated with Indiana Ticket but sell our products. Any discounts offered on those websites are available only for purchases from those websites. Discounts available on other websites cannot be used for purchases at Indiana Ticket.
Additionally, there are websites which claim to offer discounts or coupon codes for products or shipping on the Indiana Ticket website. Any website, other than Indiana Ticket, which claims to offer discounts or codes for the Indiana Ticket website are click-bait or scams. These discounts are not legitimate and cannot be applied.
Google Analytics employs cookies to define user sessions, which allows for the collection of data about how visitors are using the websites. Google Analytics uses only first-party cookies for data analysis. This means that the cookies are linked to a specific website domain, and Google Analytics will only use that cookie data for statistical analysis related to your browsing behavior on that specific website. According to Google, the data collected cannot be altered or retrieved by services from other domains.

Indiana Ticket may collect sales and/or use tax on your purchase. Indiana Ticket decided on which purchases to collect this tax and how much to collect based on guidance from Indiana Ticket’s tax collection service provider. These decisions are made electronically at the time of the sale.
The US Supreme Court’s 2018 decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair has complicated tax collection for online sellers. Indiana Ticket is works with their tax collection service provider to provide accurate tax collection.
To determine if a purchase will have tax collected and how much, place all items in the Indiana Ticket website shopping cart, view the Cart page and enter basic shipping information by clicking the ‘Calculate shipping’ or ‘Change address’ links (depending on if you have previously entered the correct shipping address). Clicking the Update button (if an update is required) or selecting a shipping option will calculate the tax due in the Sales Tax value field.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales or use tax from you, you may owe tax on your purchase. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website.
